3. Are ghosts bad?

No, that is a big misconception. For the most part, ghosts are very
docile and don't bother anyone at all, especially if they are treated
with respect. There are those ghosts however that are grumpy at times
and can make you feel uncomfortable, but a ghost is not bad and will not
harm you.

An actual haunting is where an intelligent entity can both manipulate
the real world environment and has the ability to communicate with
living people.
